The inner tubes are made of butyl, a type of synthetic rubber that is very elastic and air-tight at the same time. Depending on the compounds used, you can have different product qualities: Ecovel air chambers have extreme characteristics in terms of air tightness and elasticity and can be used for a wide range of tyre sizes.
The Ecovel tyre consists of four key elements: carcass (frame), headband for stable positioning on the rim, rubber tread (menu), puncture protection (except special ultralight and sports, where this feature is intentionally eliminated).
