MULTIPURPOSE PEDAL - The pedal is a double sided Bike pedal, one side has a traditional platform for use with normal shoes and the other is a SPD entry design for use with SPD Bike shoes. You can ride with normal studs or shoes, you can change as you like, SPD studs are included.
