The footrest is precision CNC cut made of high-strength aluminium, the whole pedal body is pressed from one piece, which significantly extends the life of the product; the anodised surface prevents oxidation and improves scratch resistance. Therefore, it is more robust and lighter (only 161 g for each) than a normal pedal.
Axle diameter is 9/16 inches, save physical effort when cycling. And the bearings are sealed to keep the dust out, so no dirt can penetrate. The diameter is perfect for most bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, city bikes, etc.
