The pedal body is made of sturdy aluminum alloy and steel shaft, very strong and wear-resistant, the pedal frame structure is cut with CNC technology, hollow and lightweight. The open design helps to remove mud and provides excellent grip and control.
The pedals are dual-sided, with a traditional platform on one side for use with regular shoes and an SPD step-in design on the other side for use with cycling shoes. Compatible with all SPD MTB Bike pedal systems. Can be ridden with non-slip spikes or regular shoes, can be switched at will

The pedals can be adjusted with an Allen wrench by turning the adjustment knob, "-" for tightening and "+" for tensioning. If locking and unlocking the cleat from the pedal is tight, please adjust to the minimum tension. Beginners should use it after repeated practice to avoid the dange
