The Haro Blackout PTC frame is constructed from lightweight 7005 series Aluminium tubing and utilizes Haro's "Power Transfer centre" (PTC) technology to greatly increase the rear end stiffness by widening the bottom bracket, downtube, seattube and chainstay surface areas for maximum power transfer to
o the rear wheel. The Blackout PTC also features a Campy spec integrated headtube, triple-butted and airformed toptube, triple-butted downtube with large external gusset, extra wide BB92 bottom bracket shell, flattened and tapered seatstays, rectangular chainstays for additional strength and 3D machined dropouts designed for 20mm, 15mm or 3/8" axles
